Both of them have lost. The falsely accused is an actual victim now.

To me they equal out. The punishment doesn't.

To you they equal out because you have not been through it. Or you can relate to one more than the other. It's interesting when people think they can speak on things they really have no clue what it's like. I can't imagine what it would be like to go through something that the outside world has done to me and I'm not saying it's okay or it would be pretty. Both things are very fucked up but they are both on very extremely different levels.

You see I didn't vote and I emphasize with both sides. But you can't really say one is worse than the other. Men have been going to jail and even killed behind woman falsely accusing them of rape. They were the victims of a females malicious intent. These men have lost their lives or big pieces because of it. For those who didn't lose their lives still find it hard to adjust or reacclimate back into society.

I have a daughter and I would never want her to be raped or even put in that position. If someone ever violated her I would want to kill him. If I can't I would hope he rots in jail. I could never give back what he took from her. All though time may heal wounds and she may be able move on with her life. I will never be able to heal that mental scar she has.

So to you the difference may be extreme, but to some they may be equal.

I didn't say that it shouldn't be fucked up if nothing happened to you if you were falsely accused of rape of course you should be mad.
