What's worse being raped? or being falsely accused of rape?

One is having to cope with internal trauma and possibly what others think of you, while the other is having to deal with the stigma and stereotypes that come with beung FALSELY accused. Id be able to live with myself knowing the truth if i were falsely accused of rape. I wouldnt care what other people say.

But being raped seems like it would be a whole different demon....

I feel like being accused of rape is worse especially if you colored like me and the "victim" is white. Man this world cold.

On a side note. How much outcry will we hear about this story?

NORFOLK, Va. — A woman was arrested and charged with being drunk in public after police said she was caught having sex with an unconscious man. Norfolk Police were called to a parking lot along the 6020 block of East Virginia Beach Boulevard Tuesday to investigate an “exposure in progress,” WTKR reported.

The caller said he saw a couple involved in sex acts. When police arrived, they found the couple and determined the man was unconscious and unresponsive. His was taken to the hospital for treatment. His condition was not released.

The woman, 36-year-old Kimberly M. Jackson, was later released on bond.

More charges are possible pending the outcome of the police investigation.

No foul play here. They were in the mood to fuck, he was too drunk to "finish the job".

However, this does bring into play the whole "too drunk to consent" issue. If he was so drunk that he passed out mid-sex, how could he have possibly have consented to sex in the first place? Wouldn't this be a clear case of rape due to his level of intoxication?

We all know that doesn't count for men.

If a women raped me I could live with that as long as she doesn't give me the HIV, part of me might even be flattered that a women wants me bad enough to take it by force, BUT technically it wouldn't be classed as rape because no real man gets overpowered by a female.

What if she pill cosbied yo ass.

Well the worst possible outcome of bein' accused of rape is gonna be worse than the 'tamest' rape but if we looked at how the individual is likely to be affected, rape is worse hands hands hands down. Not even close and this comin' from a guy accused of that nasty shit when I was in school

Edit: smh at this still goin'

The question is silly at best

One could argue in the best case scenario, rape victims are worst off than the falsely accused

On the other hand, one could argue in a worst case scenario, the falsely accused

But there are just too many variables involved

It's near impossible to compare

Then u got silly niggas characterizing rape as bad sex

@Du u know how to bring the best outta ppl lol

How does anything you just said make the question silly. If anything, you just made an argument for why it's an interesting discussion.

The niggas characterizing rape as bad sex are idiots though.

Again, unless we are comparing two incidents and had firsthand knowledge of the fallout, the question is impossible to answer with any other abosulute statement then "it depends..."

But then again, its subjective

Once I think about it I could be talking about 95% of the content on the IC. But while i said the question was silly at best, really i believe this whole discussion is alil perverse

You have niggas weighing overwrought hypothetical situations where you have to choose one or the other...trying to out wit one another

Both fall under "deplorable" category, so what's really the point besides minimizing one's experiences...that is going to be the only outcome

Guess its just not something I take much interest in

But whatever tickles your fancy

Falsely accused is worse. You have support systems for rape victims. All types of counseling and social support. Plus the anonymity of it. You can live your life in peace and quiet if you choose to. (psychological trauma notwithstanding.

However if you falsely accused, you have a group of cult crazy cunt addled females called feminists who will spend time and energy convicting you in the court of public opinion no matter what the evidence says, THEN these bitches will hound you forever after the fact, your name will be all over the internet, in the news. You may be found not guilty or the charges may be dropped but people will still see you as a rapist. There will be those that figure you did it.

You may not even be able to regain your current status in life.

Being falsely accused is worse.

People already minimize the experiences of others. Conversations like this can provide the means for people to find common ground. I know that's a longshot on the IC, but you never know.
