Du, that's cause this is weird. One thing is bad. The other thing is also really bad. So, the only thing it accomplishes is supporting other people's attempts to minimize what happened to another person. Like, "Well, you may have been falsely accused of rape. But at least you weren't raped!" Then we dismiss the bad thing that happened because it's not bad enough.

We can discuss absolutely anything, which is why I said "I'll play," but the only context in which the answer would be useful would be some contrived hypothetical situation where you have to choose one or the other. Notice, we're discussing the consequences of rape accusations, as if rape is some one-and-done deal. What if you contracted HIV during your rape? What if you were accused of rape and weren't charged? How about this: "Would you rather be accused of rape, or actually raped and accused of lying about it?"

So sure, we can participate in the thread while simultaneously pointing out why this is a bit silly.

I'm disappointed that this we didn't include some outlandish hypothetical giving you exactly this choice. A rapist is at house party picking off victims "...if you flee the scene you'll be assumed to be the rapist, but if you stay you'll get raped". The question is pointless.

Being falsely accused because, if a chick feels so some kinda way afterward and gets "hoe's regret," you'll be arrested, indicted, and (God forbid) one of the most heinous acts known to man. The worst part about is that society coddles these mendacious hoes and facilitates their lying by hiding their identity from the public, (even after the allegation is proven false,) and allowing them to escape punishment by not charging for filing a false allegation.

Have you ever talked to a victim of rape? Because getting hit doesn't always equal it being much worse. There are woman that can no longer have children due to rape, get left with diseases that could be a death sentence, unwanted pregnancy, and that is not even the beginning of the psychological problems. How is that not just as bad and in some cases worse?

I mean by your logic a woman just had sex and is going to go on with her life like not a damn thing happened. That is some bullshit for real. (And by the way I am not talking about some woman who just says oh yea a guy raped me because she is being vengeful or whatever, I mean a true victim.) It is no easy thing but your statement of it being just sex really reduces a rape victim to little worth

Can you? You tell me personally how you know it feels to have your body physically taken from you. What you're talking about is monetary, what you're talking about is something that people might look up and see. You're not talking about how you feel about yourself. It's different when other people feel the way about you it's different feeling that way about yourself.

Being scared of certain shit, being scared of certain areas feeling disgusting feeling like you lost control feeling dirty. It's a lot of shit that goes behind it and I love it when you people speak on it you have no concern to even look into.

To you they equal out because you have not been through it. Or you can relate to one more than the other. It's interesting when people think they can speak on things they really have no clue what it's like.
