When Jay Z has sold a 100 million records worldwide, is the highest selling hip-hop artist ever, has 3 diamond plaques then u can compare the two

Black Album holds weight but not enough for GOAT in my books. Lacks replay value as an album to me.

RD AG BP1 are all GOAT noteworthy in my humble opinion.
