Also, once his brother was driving with a loud exhaust, saw a cop, pulled over and got out the car before the cop had a chance to hit his lights,

the cop tried to give him a ticket, brother said, "no I have to be in my car and you have to pull me over to give me that ticket." and the cop let him go cause he knew his shit..

Now my friend thinks he can run redlights and all kinds of wild stuff and all he has to do is pull over and get out the car before the cop turns his lights on, and he thinks he will get away.
