The absolute #1 party song to get people moving is Planet Rock. HOWEVER, due to recent current events you may or may not want to play that song.*

Here's a list of songs that will pack a dance floor regardless of age, style or geographical region;

1. Poison - Bell Biv Devoe

2. Bam Bam - Sister Nancy

3. Apache - Michael Irwin's Incredible Bongo Band

4. Its Just Begun - Jimmy Castor Bunch

5. Rocksteady - Aretha Franklin

6. Unchain My Heart - Ray Charles

7. One More Chance/Stay With Me - Notorious BIG

8. Hot In Here - Nelly

9. The Bridge Is Over - Boogie Down Productions

10. Rappers Delight - Sugarhill Gang

*I've been at clubs where the DJ played Planet Rock and a circle broke out and people started breakdancing

Bruh, if it's a black party, and it ain't that serious. Mix new heat with old staples. Throw a few line dances in there, and you good.

I don't know how old you are, but when you get a certain age you despise new music. It happened to me in my mid 30s.

There's really only a handful of "new" songs I'd want to hear at a party

1. Monster - Kanye West

2. Otis - Jay and Kanye

3. Niggas in Paris - Jay and Kanye

4. Beez In The Trap - Nicki Minaj

5. Poetic Justice - Kendrick Lamar

6. All I Do Is Win - DJ Khaled

7. Lets Move/Move Your Body - Beyonce

8. Blurred Lines - Robin Thicke feat T.I. and Pharell

9. Back to Back - Drake

10. Window Seat - Erykah Badu

^^^ I struggled to name 10 songs I'd want to hear at a party that came out after 2010
