They are good animals. I'll always have a dog. But cats are much easier pets to deal with.

Cats are much lower maintenance, but the rewards of dog ownership is much greater.

And yes, some dogs are extremely hard headed and some are borderline untrainable due to piss poor intelligence and genetics.

My brother has the most adorable labradoodle that will come up and let you pet it and suddenly snap and you out of nowhere. Doesn't matter what you do he doesn't learn.
