I will not contribute youtube views to that shit. I feel bad for the battlers if they signed some deal where they only battle exclusively in that league. That was horrible. I was disappointed in everybody. Even lux.

mic and ppv strean aside dont the MC take blame for sucking.. even if the stream had no issues and no mic/sound trouble aside from Arsonal and Mook the others gave avg to bad performances/bars

Joe really 2-1'd Hollow..but he bodied himself in the 3rd round by dropping his mic after the crowd started to turn on him A lil bit..If he would've just kept rapping the battle would've been his..but he got emotional and lost by default.

Mook with the clear W over Lux. I'm very impressed. He was on fire. Before Royce even said it my thoughts were that Mook takes the most effective angles of anyone. His approach is more intelligent than most if not all battle rappers. And Mook was consistent with dope bars, great angles, not rambling but making everything meaningful, etc.

Lux edged the 1st round IMO. He set it off with some slick shit. Mook was very good in the first so I know it was close. Lux's style when he's ON is just better though.

2nd round - Mook dominated. Lux damn near got bodied that round. I fucked w/ some of his bars more than the crowd..but still.

3rd round - 1st 40 secs to a minute was dope from Lux but he really lost steam. He didn't have the same energy as he did in the first round and he didn't have good creative angles or flows. Mook put in serious work that round and pulled way ahead. I wish he had that last 30 secs got damn!

Battle wasn't even close IMO. Convincing win, no debating. Mook was that close to bodying Lux.

I ain't reading through 500+ posts but nobody better have said that Lux won.

to a point, yes....but there's a performance element to these battles that relies on the crowd & their participation. it's a give & take. you can't do your best if you're rapping to an uninterested mob.

Damn Joe's cadence and delivery is ass. I gave him too much credit beforehand. It's hard for dudes to adopt more battle friendly flows.

Hollow won the first round. That was the only fire round (his half of the round)

Joe edged the second.

They both lost in the third. Shit was wack. Really Hollow edged the third mainly b/c Joe gave up.

I got Hollow with the W only b/c his first round was by far the best round of this battle.

@Biz Joe Budden is a fan just like we are. I believe he's more in tune with what the expectations are in today's game than Canibus or Reed. I think he'll do very well. Not saying he'll win but I'd be surprised if he's wack or getting bodied.

Nvm he was shaky and acting like a fuck boy. Half of his last two rounds was "stop my time." He was basically making a mockery of shit taking it extra light and clowning around.
