No pain in my wrist or knee and will be going to the gym in a couple of hours.

Inb4 the eventual post injury post

Kneezus takes no days off

LOL Still had a lil pain in my knee when I did squats, but not nearly as much as last week. Kept the squats at 2 plates and the deadlifts at 3 plates. Also did standing calf raises, bodyweight dips, incline bench, pull-ups, and bent over barbell rows. Also hit the heavy bag for a lil.

Ab wheel, kettle bell swing & leg raises are three ab exercises that I do at home. What are some more ab workouts that I can implement into my home workout?

Thats enough bruh. Otherwise if you really into abs try some bar exercises like

Front levers

Knee raises

Weighted knee raises

Leg raises

Windshield wipers

Front levers + leg raises

But remember : 80 % of your results depends on WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK.

Ive maybe found a way to replace benchpress. I block the kettlebell handle between my thights and procede to pushup. The advantage is that it forces me to have a straight position.

I am a beast with the leg raises workouts. Last weekend, I was on the leg raise machine & this older woman (look like she might've been in her 50s) came over to me & said "Wooooooo!!!!! How you manage to do those reps & bring your legs up like that? I wished I could do that lol". At first, I couldn't do that because I wasn't accustomed to doing it but now I'll 30 straight without even gasping. Later, I'm going to implemented those other exercises to my workout at the gym.

you already know @SimptimusLEMZUS I stay drinking water & eating healthy.

You gon make it bruh keep up

Question: does anyone go to the gym for MENTAL therapy as well as physical upkeep?

It's odd, but that's one of my few places of peace in the world.
