Office work is taking all my time these last week!!

Thank god i got my bar at home. I can do some weighted stuff with it. I have also discovered a guy named Frank Medrano who does some very intersting stuff with a bar. He is very inspiring to me.

Shit man I'm on plane headed towards Guatemala. Got workout clothes in the luggage my g. Jogging and calasteics for 4 days it is. No excuses.

Hell yeah. Its doesnt matter how much and where.

Just about DOING SOMETHING.

Like ive said to a smash potatoe : if you do ten push ups or ten pull ups between CALL OF DUTY matches you can easily attain hundreds of reps.

I can't go more than two days without working out. Workout is an addiction, a good one too
 
Goal met: 1 finger pushups (index and thumb), did 3 sets of 8

Started doing weighted pushups with 2 fingers also, 2 sets of 20

Regular pushups im at 500 per set, 2 of those

Hit 205 on the bench too

Now im shooting for 2-finger explosive pushups

Finally Logged in to my parents wifi down here. Took the day I flew in off and the day after but was up early jogging yesterday ( around the gated community) and doing pullups and crunches at the kids jungle gym. LOL I stand out something crazy out here. But about to do the same right now.

My health has been pitiful this past month. Haven't been able to train my legs for a month due to pain in my right shin/knee. In fact, last week was the first-ever time in a training week that I failed to train legs. Was also my first training week after missing 3 weeks due to either my knee, right wrist or catching a cold. As of right now, I don't have any pain in my knee and will likely train my legs tonight after I get off work, but it will be light. Managed to work that heavy bag twice last week and will be doing it after every training session.

Thought id share this. I bought one of those blood pressure monitors from the drugstore, cool upfront motivation to keep me interested in what im eating. I suggest one of these for any1 tryn to gain or lose in a healthy way.

@Lurkristocrat my G when they hear me say that on average I work out 6 days a week 2 hours a day (currently at gym) it's always "man you need to rest some too" word okay you know you look at least 3 months pregnant right now....they tend to just stare off into the conversation.
