Weighted dips, pushups, deadlifts, squats (no pussy pad)

And shoulder press works wonders as well

I did some last night with my dumbbells & it had my shoulders on fie. I love that good pain

ok so i had to log in the desktop once i seen the fuckery ppl are giving as advice

shrugs, but switch it up sometimes with dumbbells

upright rows (dumbbell, cable or straight bar... switch it up), i usually super-set this with rear cable pull downs

Shoulder raises; front and lateral, even though these are for shoulder they hit your traps.

when you done with your workout use some bands, not everything needs to be done in the gym.

Tried kettle bell swings the other day and never sweated so fast in my life... Kettle bells will definitely be in my workout plan going forward.
