7/7/7 Squats/Single Leg Leg extension/Front Squats X 3

Chest

7/7/7 Incline BP/Cable Crossovers/Push Ups X 3

Back

7/7/7 Single Arm Rows/T-Row Bars/Pull Ups X 3

Finished off w/ some Shoulder Work.

Hopefully Ill go tonight before dinner and hit Arms/Core/Cardio

 
One of my peoples told me that he started working out & his trainer told him to do at least 100 pushups a day & it struggles him when he get to 60. I said "a day? Shid I can hit that within 5 minutes with 10 reps of regular pushups, 10 reps of diamond pushups & 10 reps of W pushups (I call them the Wutang symbol pushups). He was amazed by that. I said "mannnnn it's nothing, eventually you'll start to hit them with ease. You'll be able to kill 700 & more at least in a hour"
 
I havent done pushups in a minute but i do 100 in 4 sets when i do do them

Man last month or so i tried.. and i do mean pitifully tried to do skull crushers.. and my elbows were fucked.. then i did something to aggravate that pain.. and my left elbow stressed as fuck..

anyhow any of yall cats that get on the bars hit this at the end of your workout.. thats if you have monkey bars avaiable

at the end of the bars

Do a neutral grip pullup

then skip a bar

then skip another bar

so its 2 bars 3 bars 4 bars then you go backwards from 4 all the way to the end

Do 3 sets rest roughly 1- 1:30 between sets

another thing i do is 15 dips walk to the end and break i dont got the strength to do them and go back an forth so i do it in 4 sets.. 2 sets forward, 2 going backwards

Anyone trying to get those push-up reps up can download the 100 push-up app. It's an easy to follow 6 week program that helps you progressively up your reps.

It was the program I used that helped me get swole the only time in my life that I've ever been--couple years back that I mentioned in my first post in here. Strictly off push-ups, sit-ups & nutrition.

When I started paying attention to my fitness again it's the first thing I made sure I hopped back into before even getting the gym membership. At this point I've finished the program again to help build my upper body strength & I now just repeat week 6 over and over and max out the final set. Hitting 250-300 push-ups with ease in a 20 min span. Month and a half a go I could barely churn out 75.

It used to be called 100 Push-ups a Day. I just checked and it looks like they recently changed it to "Just 6 Weeks" looks like there's a paid version with the push-up, sit-up, dips, squats & pull-up program all in one.

I still see the individual ones labeled "Just 6 Weeks: 100 Pushups" and "Just 6 Weeks: 100 Situps" I think those are still free. I can't tell because I already have them downloaded to my App Store account for the past 3-4 years.

I ate some fast food for around 500 calories

I drinked 1 liter milk 600 calories

I drinked 2 spoon with oil, 200 calories

Total its 2300 calories I need more?

Just started counting calories, shocked at the amount of calories mcdonalds food can waste!

20pc nuggets(920), lrg sweet tea(280), 2apple pies(240)- 1,440

- this was my lunch a couple of days out the week, and i thought not ordering fries was healthy...

Counting calories will change how you value all food, and drinks

you need to go about getting your calories a different way, you're better off just getting a high calorie protein shake or do what I do and make your own if you have a power blender

A bottle water (16.9 fl oz)

1 and a half cups of oatmeal

3 tablespoons of peanut butter

3 scoops of whey

Either flaxseed/chia seed preferably grinded maybe 4-6 table spoons

A banana

That's 1395 calories and 109 grams of protein, it's about 32 oz so split it in to two 16 ounces to start the day and 16 ounces as preworkout meal, drink another one if you need to but I would try to get the rest with food, but not the crap you're eating the only time that tuti fruti shit might help you is directly after a workout for the fast acting carbs, some people do eat candy or drink Gatorade or them Gatorade packs, but that's really the only time you should be eating simple carbs, I either heat up some raw honey and put it in my protein shake or just eat a large spoonful for the carbs and antioxidant benefits you wouldn't get from candy
