My homies in a frat (he's white and Spanish) and some of the shit they diwn and say is down right disgusting. What is the most disgusting lifting advice you been given.

I get a lot of potassium in my diet... but I think y'all forgot that earlier I said that I'm skinny trying to bulk. Ain't nothing that I'm eating negatively effecting me like that because it hasn't the past 26 years of my life. I just have to make sure I'm eating more than I usually do. I'll start that clean eating stuff once I get to an appropriate weight because theres no way I'll reach my weight goals eating clean right out the gate.

That must be a big ass slice to be getting that much protein and cals, you're also getting a lot of saturated fat, sodium and simple carbs but I guess you take the bad with the good when trying to put on pounds, I just try to keep it as clean as possible but I know it's hard as fuck

Correct @Black_Samson I fell in love with the incline dumbell, and hammer strength presses, I always skipped the decline just recently I start hitting declines with dips to bring up my lower pecs

It's cool but food is better.

But sometimes it's easier to just down a shake, get the protein in and keep it moving.

If you're lactose intolerant get the Isopure Zero Carb Lactose Free brand. From experience it's the only whey I know of that doesn't mess with my stomach.

Its done on purpose imo. We dont know the amount of MEASURING DICKS IN THE GYM induced injuries. Very intelligent setup.
