Ladies... If your man/side nigga has an Xbox one with a kinect, I HIGHLY suggest doing Xbox Fitness! It's soo fun! My favorite is the "10 Minute Solution KnockOut Body" program (it's free)... but if no Xbox, you can also purchase the program on amazon.

Don't have time to work out? 10 minutes is all you need! (I also pair it with good eating habits and a late evening run)

Also regarding my achievements:

I am 5'5 3/4...basically 5'6.

Right before giving birth I was 182 lbs. I was a fat bitch.

2 days after giving birth I was 176.

One month after that I was 165.

Until recently I had been stuck at the 160 range..

I am currently 154!

I figured that I had reached a plateau and decided to pick up kickboxing in the mornings and going for a run at night.

My diet has been the same. I just remain conscious of what I eat and how much I eat. Portion control is KEY!

My goal is to be 135-140.

20 more lbs to go!

Props bro. Last week was my first time doing them farmer's walks; shit will change your life. It's almost like a deadlift, as far as working your entire body, but these test your grip strength a lot more.

this sht...i was going to this strength camp "gym" place, and they had me in that mf doing mile long 75lb farmers walks...maaan

I just went and got me a gym card today and decide to workout 5 days at week.

I would like to be in shape I'm goin to the states this summer and probably gonna stay there a couple years.

Also my father said he was gonna take me to the best gym in st louis

I want a beach body . How much do I need to eat? I am at the moment 6'4 but very small.

I got me some coffein workout shit so I'm gonna be runnin at the gym

So far today i've decide to eat

1500 KCAL

Nigga you tripping. I'm 6,6 if you trying gain weight at least try to get 2700-3000 range and if you trying lose it around 2200-2400. 15 is way to few

Do not run. At all. No cardio whatsoever. Eat everything in sight and lift as heavy as possible, but start with light weight and work your way up.

But cardio has a direct link to staying lean. He can always supplement the lost calories with extra food.

I assumed he's an ectomorph from what he said. And if he is he'll never not be lean regardless nh.
 
Tried to hit the heavy bag with no gloves for a second-straight day and cut my knuckles up: had to peel skin off. smh Pain level is a 10, and will take at least a week off from hitting the heavy bag until it heals. On the bright side, I had a 2hr. 34min. shoulders & arms training session and it was beastly!
