2 more months until my full recovery from hernia surgery. I miss the gym like a fat booty bitch that moved across town. Smh, can't wait.

100 Cal Warm Up.

Warm Up Sets.

5 BP/10 Push Ups

5 Squats/10 BW Squats.

5 Seated Rows/20 Crunches

10 Burpees X 5

Hoping I took advantage of Peripheral Heart Action.

 
I'm like 5'6 and at 151lbs I need to at least drop maybe 10-15lbs due to my CP and I only workout 2 days last week out of the 4 days I normally exercise because my lower back just said "fuck it" and gave out on me and I was down for like 3-4 days and haven't exercise since. I'm thinking about investing into some new weight instead of straight iron weights.
