59 degree my ass..

had to cut the workout to a minimum its cold as fuck and not feeling the greatest definitely didn't help

so just did 3 sets of pullup and 3 sets of straight bar dips.. if anything it will help get through this beginning soreness

Props bro. Last week was my first time doing them farmer's walks; shit will change your life. It's almost like a deadlift, as far as working your entire body, but these test your grip strength a lot more.

Can any body give me a list of low fat toppings to put on a baked potatoes besides sour cream butter r or tunna? I had a baked potato with shredded roast beef and a slice of Monterey jack cheese last week I had one with some crumbled up turkey bacon and a slice of cheddar. Is that doing too much?
 
yo, i completely suck on the bench, i think it's a mental block or something...i'm too big for this shit...

my entire life i think the highest i ever benched was like 175.....

i just did 5 sets of 135 x 5 with no spot.......and i felt like each time got to 5 the shit was about to fall on my chest

Yeah, pretty much. Just work your way up little by little my nig. @DWO Before I turned into a baby CT Fletcher mixed with @Black_Samson I was weak as fuck as I had never really lifted weights like that. I was more of a body weight type of dude.

Now, niggas can't tell me shit! I'm sought after for help by lots of people at my gym for advice, to train them, etc...

Do calisthenics before you hit the bench . you already know that. If you want to strength train add 5pounds to your bench every two weeks. When I was a freshman I could do no more than 165 by the time I reached 11th fade my max was 350 lb
 
135.......okay. Good shit Du. I remember when you lost some weight before and it messed with your mind. Stick with it fam aint nothing like the random compliments when someone aint seen you in a while. LOL I actually almost sent you a message 1 day when you posted a pic in ADHD and you just looked like Lavell Crawford I was like damn fam. My 2 cents on the bench is don't worry about the weight just make sure your form is right and you will see results......135 okay
