How can people say the Carter 1 was better than Carter 2

Wow, to me Tha Carter II sounded more like a NY Underground Mixtape with the production it had . So i can understand the up north ppls gravitating to that Album . I dont really agree with it being "more polished", Carter One sounded a lot more like an ALBUM, more thought out & more hungry. You can Tell Wayne had something to prove .

It was dope nonetheless, but Tha Carter I 's impact was CRAZY .

I never really heard Whole Hoods in GA bump the same damn album religiously .

Erry Box Chevy & Monte Carlo went by you heard a Track from that Album . Shit had the Streets BUZZIN brah .

All that laughing and giggling, saying unintelligible shit can't even compare to Carter 1 and 2. He even had something to say. How was he more mature on the Carter 2 than what he displays as he gets older? it's crazy.

The fucked up part is those leaked tracks leading up to C3 were hinting at some epic shyt but the actual album was a sign of things worse to come.

That was his album though , if you take the best songs from the carter 3 leak tapes you get his best album
