In addition to bringing the real criminals to justice.

This just on first glance seems as if, it will be easier for teenagers to fall through the cracks and be forgotten about.

My view is we should assume anyone being sold for sex or selling sex as a minor is a victim. We have a fast-food criminal justice system that doesn't account for victims well being, because that's not what it's intended to do. However, If we consider this a public health issue and a social issue then perhaps agencies more adept in dealing with under-aged women with a sex-worker background can receive a reallocation of resources that is typically used to punish these women and gain some ground in identifying ways to intervene and rehabilitate these women. wealth started coming back into Europe around the late medieval period and early Renaissance and that was before the transatlantic slave trade really began to pick up speed and generate wealth. Europeans wanted to make more money and wealth so they started to travel more and the new world was easy pickings. But even with all the wars that they had amongst themselves they were still rich just off trade in goods alone and innovations in banking generated capital

Please give dates. Europe as a whole had a starving population. That's why when the Americas opened up Europe didn't send their best and brightest they sent off their poor and wretched. When Australia opened up England turned it into a prison colony for the same reason.

Europe didn't start becoming wealthy till they first went into Africa then America. The only institution balling like that was the Catholic church. That's because everybody had to go through them. When Portugal went into Africa they had to get permission from the pope to take Angolans as slaves.

They weren't wealthy until after slavery and colonization.
