Charlie is right: its really a change of lifestyle.
Ive never been overweight, but I was skinny most of my life.
I decided to bulk up a few years ago, and the gym is only HALF of the process...and thats gaining or losing.
Once i really got dedicated, i realized my lifestyle had changed...
I feel you ms jones, there are black women in the gym
but the fact that black women are the most overweight demographic means more are not in the gym than are in.
what fucks me up is this chick i went to college with....man she was so CUTE!
she lettin them pounds add up and add up, and its like a slow process but i see that skinny sexy thing getting lost inside a fat chick
i wanna just call her and say, "go to the gym. u used to be fuckwitable"
i disagree, not all the time.
me and my ex used to workout together and it was actually fun. at first when she was new she'd follow me from machine to machine
but after a while we'd warm up together and eventually she'd do her routine and i'd do mine
every so often we'd meet up at the machine...
