As far as weights, all my girl do is 3 things: Stiff Leg Deads, Squats, and Calve Raises...that's it, that's all she gotta know. I taught her these at home, so when she go to the gym she'll be confident about doing it, ain't looking stupid, and don't need me there. All she need to do is enough cardio to not get fat, and enough leg work to have nice legs and ass. She see me doing other stuff but it ain't like she trying to body"build", increase weights every week, with bench pressing and arm work.
Typically when we do go together, I'll hit the weights and she'll do cardio. If I'm taking a long time, she'll just sit on a bench, watch, or fuck with her ipod, i don't care. She'll do weights on a day that I'm not lifting and she'll be doing her thing while I'm bullshitting around with abs or something. It ain't like we working in sets together, that would suck (from reracking bars, etc).
If she receptive, it should work out. If not, then it's probably a personality conflict somewhere.......
The WOAT is taking a preworkout supplement before you go and she take too long to get ready. That shit kick in and you start feeling like a tweeker getting agitated, lol
