My father never says anything negative about his siblings it's just that I don't hear about them as much as his immediate siblings , it's almost as if the second generation blames each other for the unfortunate situation

My mom actually speaks more with her half siblings and they actually visit my mother pretty often

the even funnier thing is that my father also had children with 2 woman, me and my brother are tight tho, 17 years apart

Family used to be DEEP over the house for holidays. Now that shit damn near empty and I jive hate that shit. I know shit change but damn. Once that last grandparent gone I know shit gonna totally fall off a cliff and most likely never even come close to being the same again.
