Why are women so quick to jump in relationships?

I can see from a woman's perspective how it could be waisting time. But can you see from a man's how it isn't a waste of time?

As a side note, after having some conversations with my sister, I've learned that men and women REALLY speak 2 different languages when it comes to this type of shit sometimes.

You had stated that it was in the beginning of the one year span that you said you wanted to take it slow and well a year is quite a long time not to know exactly what page you each are on seeing that she is now bringing it up, didn't sound like you all had definite clarity in the matter. You're saying it's not a matter of poor communication so if she's just seeing where you're at after having discussed it early in the relationship I don't see what the issue is in this particular case.
