Niggas quick to bring up his 9th best TD ratio or whatever useless stat, but also quick to forget the year before he threw 10 TDS to 18 Ints. Yeah..

Freeman had ONE good year and niggas ready to anoint him the next big thing. If he does 25-6 CONSISTENTLY then yeah, we can talk about top 10, but he had ONE year.

Freeman had the 9th best TD-INT Ratio in NFL History despite havin RB & WR Rookies. Freeman led the Buccaneers to a 10-6 Record in his 1st full season as a starter and 2nd as a pro. Thats quite an impressive accomplishment considering the Buccaneers are the only team since AFL-NFL Merger in 1970 to hav the most rookies as starters. Freeman has led 7, 4th quarter comebacks in 26 career games. Plus lets not forget he has also led more 4th quarter comebacks than what Elway and Marino had done when they wuz Freemans age. Thats not to say he's better than them as we speak. Lots of Romo homers tel me he's thrown for over 4,000 yards, so? Freeman is stil young in hz career and im sure he'll surpass that. Freeman seems unflappable under center, he is calm and collected, great leader. Those qualities cant be taught. U either born wit em or not. The kid got a tremendous upside. He can make plays in the pocket(shot guns & deep throws and he's impressive while throwing on the run), can scramble like Vick and its extremely difficult to sack him. He needs to work on releasin the ball fast, his accuracy( it could be better) and ability to read defenses. Thats to be expected since he young....the kid is special

Freemans second year he threw 61.4 %, 3,451 yards, 25 Tds, 6 Ints, for a 95.9 rating. Bucs went 10-6, missed playoffs.

Romo second year playing he threw 64.4 % for 4200 yards, 36 Tds 19 ints, for a 97.4 rating. Boys went 13-3, won NFC East.

And you wanna say Romo isn't clutch blah blah blah

Well, he did win one in the playoffs, and at least has taken the Boys to the playoffs. Freeman hasn't done either.

So come on, to not even have Romo on the list is absurd.

Once again I AM NOT SAYING FREEMAN ISNT GOOD, OR ROMO IS THE GREATEST I am just saying Josh hasn't done enough to warrant a top 10 ranking, especially over Romo.

I think a tier-ranking system is MUCH more accurate and easier to agree on.

QB Tier Rankings:

Tier 1:
Brady, Manning

Tier 2:
Rodgers, Rivers, Brees

Tier 3:
Vick, Rothlisberger, Ryan

Tier 4:
Romo, E Manning, Schaub, Freeman, Flacco

Tier 5:
Cassel, Sanchez, Cutler

That's what I'd say.

i respect your post cuz u hav raised great points. As a fan of the game, its very easy to spot a special player when he comes around. For example, Amare has the numbers, regular season & playoff wins than BG but im 100% sure that BG is the better talent and wil eventually surpass Amare when its all said and done. The Bucs wuz in dissaray. There wuz no hope in Tampa til Freeman wuz drafted. The kid dint have weapons on offense, his O-Line wuz below average, the whole D Wuz shambolic except for Ruud,aqib. Half of our starters on D wuz injured while others suspended. But Freeman stil won us 10 games. Would a 22 yr old Romo accomplishd that? I highly doubt it. At WORSE, I expect Freeman to turn out like big ben but if he avoids injury and lapse in focus its a wrap. Picture a 6'6 Vick(eagles not falcons) or better yet a 6'6 Aaron Rodgers with some Big Ben in him. Thats SCARY. Some like Bradford,Freeman,Luck hav the "IT" Factor while the Flacos,Ryans,Romos,Elis,Sanchez dont. Put Freeman in Ravens,Falcons,Cowboys,Vikings and they win SB
