U have a us passport or non us?

What if u don't have a non US passport?? Is the only legal way to go with one of these travel agencies that charge you $5,000 to go?

If u have a us passport you can go from Canada,Mexico or a Caribbean island and don't need to fill out any forms of why you going. Plus Cuba customs don't stamp your passport if it's US so it's like you was never there. I hear they going to have direct flights starting October so you can wait til then...also I had to buy travel insurance in Cuba before I go through custom. Lady sent me to a line and everyone on it had US passport

ATTENTION! Fellow New Yorkers! Planning on going to the Panorama Music Festival in July to see Kendrick Lamar, Asap Rocky, and other musical acts. Its at Randalls Island. So my question is, what part of NY should I find an Airbnb at? Also will have time to free roam besides going to the festival. So lmk some suggestions that have good spots to check out please!

Manhattan would be ideal. Close to Randall and pretty much in the middle of everything you want to do

Big ups big brother

I'll be out there this summer with an "educational" group chapter of AKAs out of D.C.

Anything I should look for, I got a 10 day itinerary and all, but anything else I should most definitely check out?

What the women looking like?

What the night looking like?

Things to look out for:

Public bathrooms aren't "free". They usually have somebody outside guarding it and u have to pay them up to $1 to use. Some bathroom don't have toilet paper, best to bring your own

Some places run out of food and that'll be it for the rest of the day. Went to a pizza shop and they ran out of the large pizza, I had to settle for small. Got a hamburger and they didn't have anymore ketchup.

There's no such thing as free wifi. To get wifi you have to buy a wifi card from a phone company office. The lines are usually long. After you get your wifi card, you then have to find a hotel to access a wifi connection. Depend on which card you buy that is how long you will have wifi for. I believe an hr of wifi is $1-2

There's a hop on hop off bus tour that will take you around to the spot and you can use it for the whole day.

Cubans are generally friendly but every now and then while you'll come across a hustler that will want to show you around, tell you where the best restaurant in Cuba is, where the best cigars in Cuba is, etc. they'll even offer to lead you to the spot. They can be pretty persistent too, just let them know you good

As far as the women, they look like every other Spanish women. Lot of fishnet stockings, a few bad one here and there...if your Spanish is good then you should be straight

Can't really tell you much about the night life, I would be out all day that by time I came back I would pass out and go to sleep. From what I've seen in Havana there definitely a nightlife

US currency is 1 to 1 but has a 10% penalty. They don't accept credit cards issued by US banks either. If you can, change to CAD and use that to change to CUC

Forgot to add one more thing. Not sure if it's covered in your trip but it look like US ppl need to have travel insurance. When I was in custom I was sent to another desk to buy travel insurance, my Canadian friend didn't have to buy.

I don't know if it's a scam but it's seem like a US thing so giving you the heads up. Insurance is $35 USD

If u stay on the hotel strip, you can just walk to the clubs. They are at the end of the strip. If not, there's a bus and most times the hotels offer a shuttle.

It's always nice to get relatively free vacations utilizing points, isn't it??? Have fun. Cancun is beautiful.
