and some part time work iv been havin decided to come on full time to recieve the full benefits. :smile:

summers are usually slow for me but this one is not only gonna be good but set me up for yet another 3-5yr run if i so choose to play that long..

My kids went down south for the summer! It's not really an accomplishment but this year it feels really good. Me and the mister are chilling like you wouldn't believe. My big plan is to redecorate the kitchen and other things around my house.

This summer is the setup for next year.

Just finished my application for my board.

About to dispute my last promotion. It should have happened a year before that. If that is approved I will be up for another board for a promotion.

Shit is just a process and I am putting myself in contention.

Plan C is retirement.

All this and I still have to stay on top of other things. It is a challenge I am willing to take on.

Finished class couple weeks ago. Waiting on that completion certificate in the mail then I get to make an appt to take my state test. Already have an in with the fire dept and this other ambulance company to work at when I pass.

Just put an offer on a house for the fam... My first time buying my own house as a licensed realtor. At my job, went from BA to Sr. BA to Product Owner, with an intern BA now shadowing me and taking direction. Building my Credit repair business to serve as a pipeline for qualified real estate clientele. Met with CPA last week to complete our operating agreement for family payroll business. I'm in grind mode, but loving it... want to put away a bag by time baby#3 arrives in October.

I think I know where the idea came from...an you can make stacks a month if you doing it like I think. that inturn can help others get into a place where you can then get a percentage under your umbrella from the doing the same. ontop of what you already getting.

I just saved my first $100k, now im working on a business plan to secure a private loan to secure the rest of the funds that i will need to purchase my first business. Ive paid off my student loans completely, and only have a car note left to pay off. Im also assisting family members that are currently trying to get their salsa into local stores.

Im in the process of building my youtube gaming channel while also slowly building my technical training web site. This all began 5 years ago when i had -$25 in my bank account.

Going back to school to finish up my degree in mechanical engineering. My job is gonna pay for it because it falls in line with what I'm already doing. Looking forward to that...

Me and the Mrs. are working on our second child, so that's always fun. Lol.

Just got approved by our city to have our deck built, so come mid-July, a nigga will be drinking peach Ciroc on his own deck.

My parents were living in Wayne NJ so my baby sister could go to school in Wayne cause the schools are so good. Issue was that Wayne is expensive as fuck so they were living in probably the worst garden apartments in Wayne. Im talking ugly, with terrible neighbors.

So I had this plan in motion to buy them a house to suprise them.

Found a nice foreclosed house for a decent price, closed early July. Started construction on the house and redid the whole inside. House was on my moms way to work, so she drove by it every day seeing construction being done, not knowing I bought it.

The work on the house was finished late July, got all the inspections done and suprised them with it. Parents moved in early August.

I didnt pay off the house, I dont got that much bread, but I threw a big enough down payment where their mortgage is cheaper than what they were paying for rent.

Legit happiest moment of my life.
