the first time i spent the summer with my dad (i was like 13) we were at this cookout
and i overheard somebody say "oh, thats [my dads name] oldest son" someone else was like "he has a son that old??"
that shit was a slight ether. i was 13. to this day i can never FULLY look at that nigga like my dad.
Ya dad must be really young then...
Yea, when i met my dad.. i found it really REALLY hard to call him dad so i just called him by his first name. I never got that chance to live that life.
What's ether to me was when his kids would tell me how much of a good father he was, and how they all went to the same college, my dad's mom was a teacher, how they had the best life growing and how they were spoiled. smh. it was like they were rubbing it in my face. come to find out my older sister was jealous when she found out about me, because she was no longer his "baby girl"
