Man I got 3 teens and a toddler in my house. Shit be having me wondering where the fuck went wrong somedays. They are mos def my biggest stressors. I daydream about their graduations.

Work aint too bad but it has its moments. Especially the travel. People think that shit sweet but the long flights, multiple planes and hotel living gets old quick. And even when Im overseas them damn teens have me stressed out.

I wind down via video games a lot. I had to quit drinking, well scale waaaay back anyway. Someday I vent to my wife. If shit really bad, I hop in the ride bump some Pac and mash through the city stuntin on niggaz. The only peace of mind I got some times lol.

man...i tell people that all the time.

they do think its sweet.

airline food.....fat bitches sitting next to you...lil white people shit.

the good thing is because i travel so much on the same airline on mostly the same 5 routes....most of the flight attendants know me an hook me up.

once i was on a flight from zurich back to the states...an the lady brought me a bottle of wine from first class..not that economy house shit. but then was talking to me...then the other attendants came over....we all just chatting for like 15 mintues..i introduced my kids.

after they left.....a few foriegnors asked to have their pic taken with me....they thought i was famous....lol

man i got stories for days.

one chick thought i was an air marshall....lol

but i dont often stay in hotels. i fly back the same night if i can or stay at my cribs i have all over.

but the shit gets lonely an corny after like the first year

Starting a new payroll company with my family, to help service our healthcare business. Trying to get everything organized and and setup systems for growth..along with building credit repair & real estate clientele. Kids are 4,3, 2weeks old.

But the main stressor is my corporate job.. Receiving e-mails about record profits, while the workload increases without a portion of that increase. Constant process changes and lack of control over my time.

I pray alot. I also like to organize stuff... That feeling of knowing where everything is calming. Setting goals has also been a big stress reliever. Reading my goals, then meditating on accomplishing them and visualizing...all help me out.

Great post.....I am interested in starting my own home healthcare business....what type of healthcare business do you have if you don't mind me asking.......with all of the regulations/requirments it sounds really stressful

I'm the point now where I hate flying. The airports suck, my cheap ass company sticks us in economy, although it's really a departmental thing. IT management is always shooting down business class requests so I go with premium econ on lufthansa which is not too bad. Still sucks.

First time I travel INTL, I went to Frankfurt/Bad Soden area. Shit was great. My ghetto ass had never even had a passport. Open my eyes up to a lot of shit. Second time was great, third time was cool af, after that...meh.

Once I get there it's not the worst experience. We eat/drink like kings on the company dime. Hell last year the hotel we stayed in had a titty bar in the basement. I checked it out, wasn't poppin (no sistas of course) but I had a blast watchin my Chinese colleague get white boy wasted. He was funny af.

lmao at the picture taking. That's some funny shit.

Xanax and shopping are my go to for stress relief

Sometimes kicking with my girl Mary helps too but I tend to rely on her for good times not stressful ones

What does Xanax do for you? I’m just curious, because I know some ppl back at the crib who pop them like skittles. They say it makes them feel good, but never go into full detail about it. I’m not interested in doing them, as my liquor is just enough lol, but I do be curious as to why people who pop pills pop lol

Running my own business and competing with industry giants that have been around for literally over a hundred years.

Constantly fighting temptation/offers to be bought out by said giant.

Also, I hit the gym, play various sports in leagues and pick up runs.

*Working long hours at work. They’re laying folks off trying to find some money somewhere, so that stays on my mind.

*Got a baby at the crib, so after work, I go home and pretty much give her all of my attention and she tires a nigga out lol.

*My relationship with my girl. Both of us are engineers who work long hours. Then we come home, and pretty much devote our time to the baby. It’s almost like we forgot about each other. We’re working on that, but the whole situation is a huge stress builder

I drink lol. My company offers me free flight benefits, so I fly to different spots when I’ve got the time. I drive around in my truck to clear my head. I fish. Just picked up smoking cigars - this helps a lot. I also read my bible and a prayer book each morning before I start my day.

The hardest part of a new baby is all the attention they require and also still having to maintain the actual relationship with your S/O. Y'all going to have literally create time to spend together or take those moments when the baby is napping to do shit...also family and friends come in handy for just a night or 2 of babysitting so y'all can have some private time.

Yea, we getting better but it’s hard as hell. I recently just promised her that every month, we’ll atleast do something, just her and I. That, along with just having a conversation at night once the baby’s in bed every night. It’s small, but it’s a start. Breaking point was a few months ago, she just started crying and telling me I forgot about her and didn’t feel the same about her. A nigga felt like shit after that. Realized I had to get better and try a little harder.

Bet. I most likely will be back there around spring next year.

And I'ma look into that 6 hr law. I know our company policy is any leg of the trip is 8hrs we can reques business but its worded to be at the managers discretion. bastards.

I wish mine were closer in age like this.

My godmom has 5 kids and the last 4 are all 18 mo apart. Now that they're older, it's a ton of fun at the house.

I know that it feels like constant stress, but it gets better.

To everyone with small kids, they won't be little forever. They'll be able to wipe themselves, cook their own food and eventually move out in due time.

To my parents with special needs kids, take it one day at a time. I know that every day isn't going to be perfect and that's ok. Sometimes you have to use them as teachable moments to know what to do in the future.

I know that you guys s/o's probably don't make things any better (I saw a few that do) and sometimes you have to make the first move because she's stressed, too. Personally, I feel like if me and my s/o aren't good that will affect the kids. I'm going to start implementing mandatory alone time, too.

Don't die from stress, guys.

Thats that Steve Francis face

Steve-Francis-Struggle-Face.jpg

Yea, I remember when that pic first surfaced and all the other pics that looked like that. My boy was on some, he on them heavy drugs. I told him nah, Francis an alcoholic. He drinkin heavy

Real talk, not trying to show off or nothing, but I dont stress.

Im talking good stress and bad stress.

95% of my days dont have ups and downs. I never get too high, and I never get too low.

I dont do nothing for stress. I dont smoke, I dont drink. Only time im intoxicated is when im out having fun, but never like man I just had a tough day, let me do this to unwind.

When my life was really hard and I couldnt pay for heat and was sleeping with 3 blankets, I always felt like overall life is good.

Now that im finally making good money and having fun, im still like life is overall good.

Not feeling some of the emotions that makes us human has its negative and positive sides.

Past 2 years i got real bad anxiety...overthinkn dumb shit (i tell myself i know its dumb)

I got money n bitches still anxiety

Gym n sleep helps kinda

Anxiety sounds like a non issue, but anxiety is axtually a motherfucker. My mom got anxiety, and from her my brother and sister got anxiety.

Shit is really fucked up to see cause my brother got him bad. I see him second guess himself and always worry about what his manager thinks and if hes gonna be fired. Crazy thing is he is really really good at this job and his manager loves him.

Im always asking like bro wtf is wrong with you, you know your a star at work, and hes like I know but I cant help these thoughts and I gotta go get help.

Shit is crazy to see that he knows his thoughts are wrong but he cant help but worry over his thoughts.

@Max keep your head up bro. I would never have known how bad anxiety was until I saw how it fucks my brother up up close

Teaching. In Bed Stuy (and sometimes Manhattan). That's fucking stressful.

Thank all the Gods there's a gym around my way. And music...ALOT of music. I'd hate to knock a 16-year-old out...even though they're taller than me.
