Again, you're talking about his impact solely in NYC. He might have had ya'll copying his every move, but it wasn't like that for everyone else.

I will bump up his impact .5 though because of the R&B argument.

Catalog - 4 - I hate to do it but his catalog is just too short. Consistency in hip hop is the hardest trait and its unfair to those consistent 15+ years to give BIG a 5.

Subject Matter - 3 - Unfair cause he didnt have time to grow.

Creativity - 4 - As good as they were, most his songs are straight to the point.

Collaborations - 5 - Big either outdid or held bis own with the best rappers of his time.

Lyrics (5) - One of the best ever. When his name is brought up this is almost always for first thing people mention.

Delivery (5) - As w/ his lyrics, Big's delivery/flow is next when ever he is talked about.

Language (5) - He wasn't rhyming words that would be used in a scripps national spelling bee, but the way he put his words together was 2nd to none.

Storytelling (4.5) - I Got A Story to Tell, Warning, Sky's the Limit, Niggas Bleed ect. Need I say more.

Catalog (4) - 2 classics back-to-back in 3 years. Most cats 15/20+ years without 1.

Subject Matter (3.5) - Don't have a wide array of subject matter but damn it he was great at it.

Creativity (3) - Wasn't the most creative but he was solid in this area.

Collaboration (5) - Worked w/ quite a few people in a short time span (Super Cat, Mary J, Jay-Z) and always came correct.

Impact (5) - Does this really need an explanation. IMO only Pac got him beat.

B.I.G. probably has the best wordplay the game has ever seen. If him and Kurupt ever did a collab it would have been crazy.
