1. No one is saved now? Are you serious? How can a person not be saved, if they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior? Once the Holy Spirit enters into a believer, How can that person not be saved when it is the Holy Spirit who eternally seals a believer? How can you explain this scripture if your not saved the moment you trust in Christ? “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2Corinthians 5:17
2. Ok. Thats why I posted it.
3. "12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: 13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: 14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. 16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." 2 Corinthians 3:12-18
4. The jews rejected the messiah and thus God set them aside and turned His attention to those who would accept the messiah, the Gentiles. The jews were thus scattered when Rome invaded Jerusalem in 70 a.d, fulfilling the prophecy given by Jesus in Luke 21
"20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. 24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled."
They were no longer a nation of people for almost 1900 years. Not until May 14, 1948 when Isaiah 66:8 was fullfilled. "Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children." We are still living in the time of the gentiles my brother. Jesus is still calling out a people for His name to make up His body. Not until the last trump sounds will the church age end. (the rapture)
"51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 15:51-57
After the church age ends (the book of Revelation chapter 3), God will turn His FULL attention back to the nation of Israel. Revelation chapter 4 begins with the rapture of the church. "1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne." (Revelation 4:1-2)
John the apostle is a member of the church and thus He is a picture of what will take place when this happens. The trumpet sounded (the last trump, the voice of the Lord) and John was taken to heaven to witness what will take place in the last days. No longer in the book of Revelation after the 3rd chapter is the church mentioned. Why? Because the church age has ended at the rapture. Now God will deal with the nation of Israel during a time He repeadelty calls through out the Bible the time of "Jacobs Trouble" aka "The Tribulation Period" aka " The day of the Lord" aka "That day" etc.....
So you see claiming that your part of the nation of Israel has no bearing at this moment in time. Even if it were true, who cares? God is calling out a people unto His name to make up His body. Both jew and gentile.
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:28
We are one in Christ my friend. There is no distinction. If you belong to Christ you are part of His body.
