Statistical evidence that HD is a fuck nigga

Disagree with Konz and Nicholas, and Asante.

Funny how errbody used to be on Asante's nuts until he became a Falcon.

Statistically he's never fell off. Same player he's always been = gambling, ball hawk and below average tackler.

Man August 8th can't get here fast enough. I feel like a little kid waiting on Christmas to arrive.

I wonder how much time the starting defense and starting offensive line is going to get during the preseason.

I would love to see the OL play at least 2 quarters each game

First preseason game in about 24 days.

Do they post pics/video of training camp?

Yeah, on Atlantafalcons.com. But as far as video, you might come across a few snippets but nothing major. Most teams keep their camps on lock as far as video is concerned. Unless you drive up to flowery branch and peep it for yourself.

Since we're in the second year of Kutty's offense, I really only want our starting offense to play one possession per game in the preseason. Maybe the whole first quarter in the third game.

Not just for injury purposes, but also for film-purposes. No film for the Aint's.

I hope we come out running the no-huddle on these nikka's foreheads too.

The no-huddle with the talent we have would be a fuckin' problem.

Good. I want to pick my fave player but I have to see how he looks then how he plays

Here's also a blueprint of all of the positions on both Offense and Defense that the homie Allday posted earlier. That's also the names of all the starting players on the Falcons. That's your team right there. Get familiar with those guys. The offense is on the left side of the picture(All of the circles). The Offensive Line is the five circles at the very front that's bunched together with no separation between them.

I read that the center has to be the best because he calls out plays to the other ppl on the ol and he has to get the ball to the qb mistake free so why is he rated poor?

@jazzybella Wuz up? Football season starts in 3 and a half weeks. It's about that time to start running through some shit if you want to know what's up.

say......I'm going to break down the O-Line(Offensive Line) with you. Those are the five fat guys(all 300 pounds plus) that do the blocking so the Quarterback can pass the ball or the running back can run the ball. They're are just as important as anybody on the field. They do all of the dirty work. You won't see them on commercials. You won't see them signing ppl autographs or on tv shows. They don't get enough credit but without them, there's no touchdowns and no victory.

Offensive Linemen's positions are set up on the field as listed below. The bolded is how they line up on the field. They're up front. They stop the defense from getting to the Quarterback and/or Running back behind them.

Left Tackle(LT) Left Guard(LG) Center(C) Right Guard(RG) Right Tackle(RT)

Since the picture below is taken from the side of the field, it shows that the Right Tackle(RT) is at the very top of the picture, the Right Guard(RG) is right next to him and so on down for the other 3 Offensive Linemen.

There is a lot of different blocking techniques that the Offensive Line does to protect the Quarterback. It's a little more that you should be trying to follow right now. Here is just a video of the basics of what they do on the field.

So what I've learned thus far about offensive line:

1. They are like the building blocks or the foundation of the team and theyre responsible for the plays to be executed well

2. They have to be mentally tough, and intelligent bc they have to know everybody's assignment

@jazzybella

Not a bad question & yea the Center's role is very important like you said.

Our former Center retired last season. He played Center for the Falcons for 14 years. The new Center, Peter Konz, is replacing him this year and is rated so poor because this is only his 2nd year in the NFL & this is his 1st year playing Center.

It is a concern but I think he'll be alright. He was the best Center in College football ball two years ago.

SN: Let me know if you got anymore questions and/or going to fast for ya. I'll break down the Tightend(TE) & Wide Receiver(WR) positions before the end of the week.

Cool because the chart says 3 wrs that seem like too many on the field trying to get the ball dnt you think?

That chart you seen is the offense that our team runs most of the time. And no, its not uncommon for 3 WRs to be on the field. The more weapons you have to score a touchdown the better. Its like clothes, you dont want to have just one or two outfits. You want to have as many as you can.

If you feel that you got the O-line down & understand those positions pretty well I can break down the WRs & TEs to you later on today and explain why 3 Wide receivers on the field isnt too many.

Yep, I'm ready.
