mainstream appeal usually means that you trading influence for debt in an extended plan to make that money back in shows, unit sales and alligning yourself with products under the same corporate umbrella. theres no way you will be able to be in those circles and say things to challenge it. the bottom line is these people making money offa selling black people vice and selling non-blacks vicarious vice through different shades of the "nigga experience".
