Yes, Hip Hop follow the Confederacy. I guess Nevada isn't part of the west coast since it's not acutely on the coast[/b{.
LOL@ and The Neptunes and Timbo being southern artist. Take a trip to parts of V.A and see how Northern it is. Also when Pac was complaining about the East Coast he was talking about ATL, Miami, etc.
I guess the DMV metro area is a Northern and Southern combination Wodie.
