lol i literally grew up in the gym.......its more a lack of time for me right now...i have had to cut my 4 hours of sleep to 3 to get an hr workout

You grew. Good. But what about now? With 3 hours sleeping you better watch out the type and intensity of training. Dont forget that you have to absorb the Stress of your job, of the American lifestyle too.

If you can, find some space in your entertainment time if you do. Cut some of that NETFLIX time by example. Two Episodes is nearly tantamount to 2 hours.

 
Shoulders and and cardio this morning, ain't did nothing but eat and rest for the most of the day, ready to hit back up in a couple hours.

Fellas, what's your take on limiting sexual activities when trying to drop weight. I've heard masturbation reduces testosterone and makes it tougher for males to maintain lean body mass.

Fapping is important for a future couple sexuality. Fapping is learning your erogen ZONES, learning how to conduct control your respiration and speed.

So once again dont FEEL ASHAMED, LESS THAN A MAN IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO FAP. It NORMAL AND IMPORTANT FOR AN HEALTHY SEXUALITY.

Excessive any thing can be bad, if rubBing one out takes priority over goin to the gym or other things in your life then yeah that's a problem, but the problem isnt really masturbation its self. Nothing wrong with taking care of yourself, just don't let your life revolve around that, lust is a tricky thing.
 
Man this is some bull shss. I was going to go to the gym tonight but my car battery wanna get on its period smh. Guess, I'll probably workout at home for the time being
 
Attempted 355 last night at the gym (flat bench); got it up once. This benching thing really ain't that hard. Good diet, some mass gainer, and lowering the reps. This year along I increased my max 40 pounds.
