Bruh I walk past those tootsie rolls every time I walk in and walk out. No one is forcing folks to take'em, or get a slice of pizza (which is only served during the day). I've seen people at other gyms get done wit workin out, and immediately go outside and start smoking a cigarette.

Yeah about 4 years ago I was up to 50lb, then I pulled something in my elbow. Fell back for a almost 2 months b/c I couldn't lift anything on that arm.

Had that not happen, I know I would be curling 65, maybe 70 right now.

Haven't worked out during the day in a minute, I'm too used to having the gym to myself and not waiting for anything. I had to check myself lol, was getting gym rage up in there.

That smoking...smh. I literally stood there wit the Weebay look when I 1st saw this coming outta my old gym. Then the muthafuccas went BACK IN to finish working out. What kinda oxymoronic s*** is this?? Lol

Depends if it's realistic. At maxes should be looking to lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week

Right now I'm targeting about 1.75-2 per week until June. So roughly 20lbs. When I get down to that I look to lose about 1.25-1.5 until I head off to London on Aug 12th. Once you start dropping pounds it becomes tougher to maintain that 2lbs a week rate.

This new regime I've been doing for the past 4 weeks and dropped about 7 lbs. I'm in the DC area so it just started getting warm so that's why I've been getting more active. Jan-Mid March? Man forget it. I was averaging maybe 4 miles a week at best.

Yep, diet has been in a flux, but again, I've been consistent for the past 4 weeks. Previously funds were low and I was eating whatever I could find on campus. One word. Pizza.

Got myself a decent job so now I can buy groceries and cook pretty decent food. I do Sunday meal prep and make lunch and dinner for the entire week. Breakfast I usually do eggs, oatmeal and a banana. May do a turkey sandwich every now and then with a kale berry smoothie. I still got some ways to go by controlling myself on the weekends. Those saturday brunches can ruin an entire week worth of work.

Again, it's a lifestyle thing. So part of that lifestyle is making sure I have the finances to keep healthy wholesome foods nearby. Don't over eat and just look forward to exercising. It's as much a mental thing as it is a physical thing.

I will say I'm nearly 30lbs down from my heaviest ever (275lbs). Man at that weight it was unbearable. My knees were my worst enemy. Sweatpants all day every day. In my room all the time. Man those were some dark times.

Yep I have entitlement issues I guess I feel like that's my equipment lol, feel like telling them thanks for keepin my bench warm now it's time for you to go do some cardio.

man am I the only one that deals with imbalances of muscle sizes? like your left deltoid is slightly larger than your right and shit? not a huge amount but just enough that YOU notice in and can't help but look at it every time you pass a mirror?

lmao anyway I'm working on doing more cardio and cutting fat. all this mention of pizza on the last page ain't helpin though

Dropped about 10 to 15 lbs since January since adding a heart rate monitor to keep my heart rate in fat burn zone. Just got back from Guatemala so by July when I go to D.R. I plan to be good if not yeah Tren on deck. I never OD on cycles. 2 to 3 a year

Kettlebell training corrects muscle, strenght and mobility imbalances

i tried one legged KB deadlifts and talk about not being balanced. I was all over the place. I'ma use this as a staple of my core activity. You definitely get a sense of how unbalanced you are.
 
Summer is basically here in Anchorage. Havent been going to the gym as often as I said i would lol. Mainly due to these meetings i Have 3 times a week and lack of transportation at the moment. Just no energy to do shit. Going to start riding my bike to work next week. Will be 4 miles there. Then im going to ride my bike to my meetings which is another 4-6 miles away from work then bike home 10ish miles home. Might ride around this weekend to get my body ready for the significant work it will put in lol, but im hoping once i get adapted to the bike riding I will have the energy/motivation to get my ass to the gym.

I m currently doing some kb pull ups and chin ups. Thats shit is great.
