Today ive runned 40 minutes uphill with my 34 lbs kettlebell. Ive taken it down two times!!

Ive done some deadlifts this afternoon.

Man Deadlift really the GOAT lift

Fa sure it builts the whole body. Im actually at 200 lbs with the Kettlebells. The other advantage is that it forces me to handle two Kettlebells in one hand thus Increasing the grip strenght.

Cosign deadlifts, easily my favorite workout, back day in general is my favorite day of the week, typical back day for me right now usually in this order

Deadlifts

Bent over reverse grip rows

Wide grip pull downs

Close grip pull down

Reverse cable flies

One arm cable rows

Straight arm pull downs

Rope rows

Then I throw in 4 or 5 different bicep workouts after that

My favorite lift ever bruh. If I could only do 1 lift the rest of my life, deadlifts are it.

I gotta question. I like going jogging on Saturday mornings. The question is that is it good for your knees if you jog on concrete? Because I know it is bad for you to shoot ball on concrete. That's why I stopped playing basketball on concrete since 2000.

Tried benching 365. Smh, got it up half way so I'm not quite there yet. BUT, right after that attempt I put up 340 again twice. JUNE IS MINE!

Go for it!

Personally the fastest way I've found to bring up my bench (and squats for that matter) was through volume. It's tough to chase after the singles. If you can get 340 for a single, then you can probably get 325-330 for a double or triple.

Stretch that 330 out to a set of 4-6 and that 365 will fly off your chest.

Don't know if you look at this already but,http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html if you don't. The "Baechle" estimates hold true for me most of the time.

The right shoes are paramount. I run in Ascis because I have flat feet. If you're overweight I advise running on trails (actually I advise trails for all people) until you drop some weight and ease up on your knees. I was at 275lbs but Im at 249 lbs now. So much less pain on my knees now. On track to hit 230 by 1st of June.
