Not a diet, more a fasting, but on day 11 with no meat, diary, sweets, or bread, and just water

Never thought I could do it, but I'm doing it

Been getting tons of rest and been feeling energetic

Yea, pretty much

Fruits for breakfast ( do a banana and orange or both if I'm hungry) and I'll do veggies for lunch or so, and beans, soups or salads for dinner

Peanut butter (I just started eating) for a snack or something, or eat oatmeal with some cinnamon. Or I'll freeze a banana and put it in the freezer, let it freeze and then put it in a blender, mix/chop it up and it believe it or not, taste like ice cream Lol.

Yea man, the 1st 2 days, I was getting headaches lol, but now my body is use to it.

You gotta eat 6 meals (3 meals, and 2 snacks)

No seafood, which is hard smh, but nah I even gave that up and crawfish season is upon us lol

Really not that bad big brother

I'm the same way (minus the potatoes) but just something I wanna do, don't know where I read this, but the body isn't design to eat the type of meat we eat. But I felt death the 1st two days Lol, but I'm good now, I don't even really miss it like talking about

Well I workout when I get off work. So I hit the gym around 2 something in the morning. During my lunch break, a salad or a sandwich.

For me it went that way

INCREASING MY CALORIC DEFICIT WITH THE KETTLEBELL

Eating meat two times a week

Eating chicken 4 times a week

No SODAS

No more fast foods

No more protein powder

No more preworkout and post

No more burners

Eating fruits and Veggies

Eating rice and Pasta

Cheese

If i ve eaten meat at lunch I will take a little chicken with rice fruits and Veggies as dinner as example. Or a smoked salmon sandwich.

The point is to not exhaust my Organs and metabolism.

Eat efficiently. Dont overconsume. Dont overcharge your body.

Every so often I'd get a soda fix, but I've cut back from that a lot. Drinking mostly water. Fast food don't really muck wit like that.

Gotta be carefull with caloric deficit though. The goal is to not be depleted and exhaust all day. Thats the main sign that you are not fully energyzed.

That 70 lbs KB workouts make me loose about 1500 calories a day. So I have to increase my Claoric intake a lil bit in order to think, read, fuck, learn properly.

You have to be Patient.

Seek first and foremost endurance and strenght. Weight LOSS and muscles gains are side effects of it.

Be happy about what you do and what you eat. Its one thing to eat healthy, but as human beings we have to find pleasure in eating.that where VARIETY kicks in.

Patience and consistance is the key. You will sure make it. I recognize that its hard to resist to the fast / processed food empire in America but once you re out its gonna be all right bruh.

I'm live at the gym & about to eat tonight. I gotta make up for yesterday because I thought it was going to snow heavy, so I stayed at the crib.

@LEMZPOCALYPSE is a motivation poster

I still live by a diet even tho I gotta thin frame, so I don't have to lose any pounds. I eat chicken salad plates with boil eggs from Monday to Friday & substitute my sweet tooth for fruits (oranges) & drink hella water.

Last year When they saw me Farmer walking with my KBs from the parking to the second floor of the building they laughed at me

I was crazy

I was suspected to be on suicide watch

I was dumb cause this and that diet was enough

A year later I have lost that stubborn Proteins shakes fat, i ve outrunned them and outstrenght them in the gym and PT test, instead of trying THEY HAVE FOUND EXCUSES

They keep on running for an hour like turtles on the same circuits and not doing a single push up. They keep on dwelling in the gym with fitness magzines not doing a single compound exercise and doing biceps curls and Poor form ego bench press.

But they get mad when nice women ask me to train them. Im trying to convince them to at least try something else. But no, they keep asking me about my diet and protein and pills.

They still asking about what Viagra Brand im taking...

Just came home from the gym; trained legs & calisthenics. Will do calisthenics every training training session, so I can get stronger and more powerful.
