Well I workout when I get off work. So I hit the gym around 2 something in the morning. During my lunch break, a salad or a sandwich.

For me it went that way
INCREASING MY CALORIC DEFICIT WITH THE KETTLEBELL
Eating meat two times a week
Eating chicken 4 times a week
No SODAS
No more fast foods
No more protein powder
No more preworkout and post
No more burners
Eating fruits and Veggies
Eating rice and Pasta
Cheese
If i ve eaten meat at lunch I will take a little chicken with rice fruits and Veggies as dinner as example. Or a smoked salmon sandwich.
The point is to not exhaust my Organs and metabolism.
Eat efficiently. Dont overconsume. Dont overcharge your body.
