Had to make some changes with my workout schedule since I'm back in school and didn't do too well with my first quiz. Work, then study, then gym right before I sleep. Did it last night and felt great waking up this morning

The 70. Lbs kb is getting lighter. I can Snatch it at the first hip thrust with my WEAKER arm then do a windmill.

All its left is mastering the one arm press and the turkish get up.

I ll have to be carefully Patient and be sure that I have a total arm and shoulder lock before trying that one.

I think I read the gym I'm looking at joining has a kettle bell section if so I'm going to add a full body kettlebell workout to my routine, I'm going to start taking Krav Maga classes and bikram yoga as well, trying to take it to another level

In the gym for the first time in like 2 years smh, now or never, been telling myself this weight ain't gon just fall off. . No more excuses, let's get it!

Ok I gotta look into this kettle bar thing. Lem be promoting that s***.

@Lem what's the benefits? I'm curious. Do you bulk or get stronger faster then pushing regular weights?

I read the comments on the vid, whether that proves it's fake or not I dunno but he would be smashing all time records at his weight, instead he's just randomnly doing it at the gym, I don't believe it

I believe it's legit, guy is just a freak in terms of bench pressing. Hollow plates...Lol.

If you look at his other videos he's got videos of himself doing bench press competitions back in 09 presses almost 400lbs.

I taught a girl how to squat and she can do 260-265lbs (high bar) and dead 325lbs at 150bw and she be making dudes feel bad in the gym. Shit be Halirious but when I workout with her I have to go extra hard so she don't make me look bad, lol.

There are a few other people I'm aware of who are ridiculously strong, like this Criselda girl below who power lifts at 130 but squats 330+
