@stew, join us

No doubt, i'll catch up sometime.

in the meantime you can ask questions or chart your progress.... nigga.

lol consider it done.

Actually off the top of my head...I've been working on my calves, read an article a few weeks back saying it's probably one of the hardest muscles to get bigger cause they're used to the weight u walk on or somethin of that sort. So I started to slowly put more weight on the machines I use(we have 3 diff ones in my gym). Is it a weight thing? Technique? Are those machines even worth shit? Maybe I'm trippin but I think I do see a little progress. Remember when I first started doing it years ago I was struggling pushing up 100-120 but now I'm comfortably doing 220 on the same machine. I could probably do a little more but not if it's for nothin.

Yesterday was my first time in 2 1/2 weeks training due to recovering from getting my wisdom tooth pulled NYE(lots of headaches) and fighting a cold. Wasn't that good at all: struggled with the squats and flat bench, but today was Throwback Moe! Did deadlifts for the first time in a month and got it to 455lbs.(failed on 505lbs.) and did standing one-arm dumbbell press- got it to 100lb. dumbbells!

I know how that feel & the bad thing about it is that I had 4 of them & gotten them all removed at the same time so I can get braces. On topic, I'm reporting live at the gym & about to cook in the gym. I'm serving justice tonight

is it better work on specific body part a day or do your whole body?

Depending on your goals bruh.

Most of the time COMPOUND EXERCISES are enough. But if you are looking for hypertrophy work Isolation style.

Sidenote: weighted pull ups are good for the arms, better than dumbells imo

Compound is KING for gaining muscle mass. Compound should be primary, isolation secondary. Only time isolation should move to the forefront is when there is a hypertrophy imbalance. My two cents.

30 miles completed!

Time: 1 hour 21 min there and 1 Hour 27 Min back.

Them hills kill me coming back.

My best time before the friggin 2 month hiatus was 1 hour 4 min. :-( got a ways to go to get back there, but I'll get there for sure.

Now, arms and core before bed. Cardio is one thing but muscle training/toning is another. ;-)
