Got to work on the grip strength with the weight keep going up, did some farmers walks after a 2 and a half hour back workout, it's nothing for me to knock Moe's 400 lb ass out
 
I'm trying to get my diet under control for 2016. I exercise 4 days a week but I have a hard time with eating junk food so much and it shows in my gut & the new clothes I had to buy during the summer because I couldn't fit the old ones that I had bought the year before.

NYR: Lose some weight.

Actually I been trying to do this since the beginning of last summer, i was in the zone for the first four months or so just eating a ton of calories and lifting a ton of weight, but it was around the time my lower back started to feel funny I decided to do back and chest every 9 days instead of every week to give myself more rest and more time in between to do other shit but between working the worst fucking hours, the weather and also getting tired of eating pasta, sardines, brown rice, shredded wheat etc... all the time I haven't been as consistent with it, I'm stuck at 190 I'll get to 195 after lifting but I been stuck here for a minute now

Be carefull of high carbs. Insuline resisteance is a bitch.

Try to diversify a lil bit.

This shit is money, found these years back looking for a healthier energy drink, then the local health food store stop carrying them, haven't had one in years until I was walking through the health food section of stop and shop, favorite energy drink out there, the red does have a little too much sugar though, the lite version is still good

These last two days I ve done a lot of kettlebell exercises. Today is dedicated to rest and stretching.

Will resume tomorrow.

Sidenote: theses 71lbs KB rows are the shit!!

. And now im able to perform 61 lbs KB WINDMILLS without much difficulty.

The only real thing you can do to lost weight is eat healthy and exercise. For 3 months I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken wraps or turkey wraps for lunch, and broccoli and a whole boneless skinless chicken breast for dinner. And water all day long, no juice or pop. I lost like 30 pounds. Then I gained it all right back cuz I fell off and started eating pizza and pop again

Its not JUST 35 lbs. It gets heavier as soon as it leaves the ground. Plus I am a Nearly a year ahead from you. KB are 60% of my training Regime.

The more you pratice PROPERLY and have the WILL to do it You will progrees.

Remember its all about respecting the phases

Two arms swings until you feel that Bell is lighter, that you have to stop its rise above your head.

One arm swings until the aforementioned effect

Clean

Jerk

Strict press

Snatch

Turkish get up

When all these phases are reach go heavier.

Sidenote: Ive found a shortcut to Accelerate the one arm Swing and clean. DOUBLE SWING until the bells reach your diaphragm level. THEN REPLICATE THE SAME HIP HINGE POWER to the 35 lbs.

 
Here's a tip that keeps me from overeating....especially if you order a lot of deliveries to the house, but you can also do it before you go out to eat. I use it when I start cutting down.

Drink a casein shake before you eat.

It Doesn't have to be a whole scoop. Once you start drinking it it'll sit in your stomach like a rock and you won't be able to eat as much unless u purposefully stuff yourself.

Those Muscle Milk Pro Series (in the black bottle) work pretty good too if you blend with half a banana. Some types of Vegan protein powder are also thick as casein.
