Its not JUST 35 lbs. It gets heavier as soon as it leaves the ground. Plus I am a Nearly a year ahead from you. KB are 60% of my training Regime.

The more you pratice PROPERLY and have the WILL to do it You will progrees.

Remember its all about respecting the phases

Two arms swings until you feel that Bell is lighter, that you have to stop its rise above your head.

One arm swings until the aforementioned effect

Clean

Jerk

Strict press

Snatch

Turkish get up

When all these phases are reach go heavier.

Sidenote: Ive found a shortcut to Accelerate the one arm Swing and clean. DOUBLE SWING until the bells reach your diaphragm level. THEN REPLICATE THE SAME HIP HINGE POWER to the 35 lbs.

I was too lazy yesterday but I'm going to workout today. I hate taking two days off. I gotta mission to complete by Spring. Plus I'm about to get on some boxing training, so I'm about to shift the gear to 5 speed til April

I should of waited to go to the gym till after I got some food in me or had a shake. Weak ass work out, oh well I'll just go back tonight and make up for it.

And loclout I'm tall and my arms are longer but still no excuse. Been stuck at 2 plates for damn near my whole life lol

Add them 5's even 2 1\2s at the end of the bar they help you get to that next level.

Outside of the cardio area the weight rooom still filled with regulars.

I was stuck at 225 for 8-10 for 3 sets for at least a year because I just wasn't making a real effort to get stronger. I was just going through the motions.

Like j-gutta said the 2.5s and 5's are what I used to go from 3 sets of 225 for 8 to 235 for 6. Then eventually 235 for 8s. Did the same 245 for sets of 8 and 250 for sets of 6 which is where I'm at now.

Also, increasing my Barbell Overhead Press and Decline Skullcrushers really helped my Bench.

If the 2.5s are still too much to move up, get a set of fractional plates. I have some ironbull plates that come in a set of 8 where each is .5lb. You can creep up 1lb at a time if you need to.

For the squats I do high bar too.

Walking Barbell Lunges (short step quad emphasis), Front Squats, and ironically improving my cardiovascular fitness took my high bar back squat to the next level.

Cant wait to see next week how pressing 70.5 lbs KB and Strict pressing 61LBS KB will transfer in my bench and overhead press.

Swinging 71 to 132 lbs without doing a single rope jumping has increased my vertical jump to the point that I can catch the basket with one hand after one step. I fell like Isiah Thomas lol.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for some one who works very irregular shift patterns

Yea high calorie shakes, ON true mass is probably one of the better ones but research it, or you can make your own which I been doing I think it's on the last page, I cut out the milk though and started using almond milk and just added a cup of blueberries and chia seeds to get the extra calories and added nutrients

As far as im concern these protein shakes have given to me more METABOLIC WAIST FAT than muscle. I ve recently decided to stop and I see all that very dangerous fat getting away.

Im trying the natural way Aka meat, fish, poultry and fruits Proteins.

Either ill see wether Ive hit my genetic wall or not.

This year I aim to stand away from all these muscle magazines and sites products. Cause when you do the math

You dont have no proof of the results. 90% of the fitness Star who cosign it are on gear and dont even use the said product.

And that comes from somebody who has tried it all from Weider to Mutants to Titan and Neptune lol.

The result was a lot of METABOLIC FAT, WATER RETENTION. The pump disapears and never stays. You gain fatty weight, not muscles.
