It's almost the beginning of the year, so y'all know what that mean? A lot of "I'm about to get a gym membership" "I'm about to get fit this year". I slick hate the start of the year because the gym is about to be packed for a good 2 weeks with "motivated workout people" & hogging up the machine by texting more than exercising

I might just take the first half of January off, or go late at night or real early in the morning.

They slick be packed at night at the beginning of the year but probably no where near as traffic as daytime

Had an intense arms & core training session earlier today- nothing but supersets! 12 total exercises, 6 supersets. Had to of been one of my most intense arm-involving training sessions of all time!

Aye what's the best way to get your endurance right so you don't get winded quickly when doing other things? I've been running suicides in the park and I'm kind of liking the results is there anything else?

@Stiff

I used to run up and down the mountains by my house. There is a trail for hikers and I would run it a lot when trying to get my wind right. The elevation was 1,350 feet and it was a 6 mile round trip. Going up it running was a bitch. I HATED it, but my endurance was the greatest it had ever been.

If you live near mountains or hills with a high elevation, I'd suggest running up them. After running that elevation for a while, running on flat surfaces with no elevation became a cinch and I rarely ever got tired doing anything. Running up that elevation WITH an elevation training mask... Nigga!

Ey nigga I'm just sharing what I did to get my endurance and wind tight. I didn't die either haha I just became a whole lot BETTER.

The last two days have been dedicated to 70.5 lbs kettlebell SWINGS, Cleans and jerks.

Things are improving. The big difference is that you have to be carefull about EVRYTHING: you abdominal position ( vacuum) your shoulders, your feet and knees and your respiration.

Ive Accidentally exhaled whilst jerking and Ive lost all my Balance. The Bell Nearly fucked up my arm if I didnt get my concentration and breathing back.

Tomorrow ill do some 132 lbs Double SWINGS and close hand press. Thats the intro for the turkish get up.

Shit im 10 % on the close press. Meams that I have to get a little insurance help from the other hand.

The Swing has slightly improved.

Ive never felt so weak and underwhelmed before. I like these moment of humility. Reminds me when I lifted a Bell for the first time...
