i need to come up with a good vegetable one I'm going to try that cayenne pepper in whatever I do, a good fruit one I've posted in here before

Raspberries/blueberries/blackberries a cup or so each

Banana

3 scoops of raw honey

A bottle water

Chia seeds about a half a cup

 
Just went i start going to the doc some other shit pops up.. got some sort of protrusion on the base of my neck just noticed it and the slight pain a few days ago. Didnt do anything that would even cause it.. thought i slept wrong or some shit but its not that

Just like that. You can even leave the peels on the bananas, kiwi, oranges, most fruits. Aloe water is good too.

Be careful with the cayenne. It can turn your drink spicy real quick. Nice combination

idk about leaving the banana peels on tho. I can do the kiwi and orange but i just dont know about the banana

Going to add bikram yoga to the repertoire next week, regular yoga is like regular long distance jogging it's just boring to me and I have a hard time finding motivation to do it, want to add that heat element and it's probably one of the best things you can do for your body
 
Friday, I got a membership at Fitness 19 and trained legs & back- first workout since July 23. Didn't do much for back, but went volume-crazy with legs and I still feel it. lol Lasted 1 hour 50 minutes. Saturday, I did chest, shoulders & arms for 3 hours 10 minutes and I'm still lit from it. Not comfortable with lifting heavy right now since I'm working my way back into training after missing a month, but I'm starting to get my volume and endurance back.
 
Been slacking for the last month. Just been busy as fuck with this new job and my schedule/location has been all over the place. I'm geared up to start fresh tomorrow evening and get myself back on track. Y'all niggas keep up the good work.
