well...gave it a try with my ninja blender and it just turned it into pulp. I took like two sips...then trashed the rest. Bout to invest in a juicer.

I usually have to blend a few times for a minute or two intervals. It takes a couple minutes to puree that shit. But I would recommend you stick with the Ninja because you are getting a lot more nutrients that you body will use. That's why I suggested keeping the peels on as well. The juicer discards nutrients your body will use and thank you for.

Sometimes it will be like applesauce in texture but that's ok. It's more of a meal in a bottle and less of a drink.

i didnt mean a juicer like the ones that discard the pulp, but one of the "bullet" ones that will puree all the shit together

idk fam, maybe my blade getting dull or something. I started to just put it in a strainer to get just the juice but i dont think there wouldve been anything left after that.

you are right about the applesauce texture. Idk fam. It just wasnt was i expected. I kept having to chew it which is what i was trying to avoid in the first place
 
Lol you're right. The texture may take a little getting used to, but give it a solid week and see how your mind and body feel after that. That's when I stopped looking at it as a drink and more of a meal. I just changed my approach to it.

The bullets are good too but they're just too small for all the ingredients I use. It would be too time consuming for me.
 
maybe had i tried not drinking it from a straw and tried gulping it down, it probably wouldnt have been as bad, but still. That was lot of shit in that cup lol

1 granny smith apple

1 kiwi

2 leaves of kale

2 leaves of romain lettuce

2 cups of coconut water

I gotta check my body fat percentage. Last time I checked it (about 3 years ago), I was about 12%-14%. I hope I'm still there especially since I've been eating right for almost a year. I'm determined to get tighter abs around November. They already slick showing but I gotta get them tighter to get the full effect. I hope I don't to remove ice cream from my diet for awhile for it because that's going to be a challenge to fight lol
