Thew up half way through my leg work out doing squats today. Still finished in good form, wish I brought a piece of gum thoug.
 
I need some motivation guys.

I tend to go in this cycle where I work out for a month and then when I see that my body is where I like it, I stop working out for 2 months...and then when I see that I am becoming less toned I work out for a month again.

Do you guys have any suggestions for me to keep it consistent?

Your motivation should be not fucking up your perceived gain.. make it routine like brushing your teeth in the morning if you gotta set a clock, if you have to come up with your own Mantra, just do it.. your motivation has to come from you.

Just do it.

Consistency is woven into your life. It's a lifestyle. You have to treat it as such. Make it part of your daily routine and you good.

Woke up at 2, did farmers walks up and down my gym with the heaviest dumbells they have, then went hard on the battle ropes (first time) not the longest routine but I felt like throwing up after and could barely drive home, definitely adding that to the repertoire every Thursday morning

Hell no!! We have been tricked again. Eat your fruit and Veggies cause you got the FIBERS NECESSARY FOR YOUR DIGESTION and the vitamins that will chemically mesh together. If you dont digest properly then the odds are high your nutrients will get flushed. If you dont have the right vitamins you wont see good results.

A skinny friend keeps on failing on his quest to gain weight cause he keeps on eating junk, transfat loaded and processed food. His body just flushes the Proteins Drinks along with the toxic Elements.
 
Since three weeks here is my diet

Morning: I blend tomaties with some broccoli, a banana and some strawberries and two spoons of Proteins. If i blend a QUARTER Apple I add Olive oil for sparing my pancreas of the fructose intake provoked by the blended Apple.

Lunch: I eat meat with Veggies and rice or Pasta with a little dressing. At worst I eat a Yufka. When i do I aask for a shitload of Veggies and i press out a big amount of the oil.

After workout: protein shake

Dinner: some chicken or some Pasta or a fruit + Veggies + Protein smoothie

NO MORE OR SCARCILY SODAS!!

No more MC DONALDS OR BURGER KINGS!!

No more pizza Hut

Etc...

No more Supermarkt fruit juices!!!
