Anyone ever use citrulline malate? Just bought some I've read good things about it

Bruh the fitness industry is full of bullshit. Stop spending money on these imo. If your body is helathy and provided with healthy food and proper training you will get results.

I was a protien/creatine/preworkout/l carnitine/ combo guy. Since last year ive been only taking protein and i got the same to better results.

Imo the centerpiece of this fitness stuff is CLEAN EATING.

I agree eating right is the most important but I disagree with everything else, although there is a lot of bullshit in the industry not everything is, its on you to do the proper research and get your supps from a reputable supplier, I don't know what your story is maybe you were looking for a bargain and were using cheap shit or weren't using them right but facts are facts creatine and bcaa's are a must if you want to "maximize" results building muscle, not to say you can't get results without them

Only supps you need seriously is: Whey Protein, Creatine, Iso Gro & Fish Oil ... that's it. Anything else, you wasting your money, seriously. If you care to try all these supps in the world, just get on steroids for best results.

But Kali Muscle told me you can get big like him eating Top Ramen and Tuna all day.

Lol I'll let yall experts know if citrulline malate does anything for me it just came in the mail, sometimes you don't know if you're getting results till you come off a supplement, usually if someone thinks they are getting results right away it's all mental with them

cheap alternative to the AB wheel are furniture slider

Nigga the ab wheel IS cheap lmao! But I hear you.

I got an ab wheel for like 10.99 on amazon and that was like 3 years ago, and a rip off of the perfect push up

The iron gym works. Only 15 minutes a day. Another thing you're only gonna get results depending on how balanced your hormones are. Sounds obvious but eating at keast every four hours and getting 8 hours of sleep straight if you can is a must. It's harder for those with kids and certain demanding jobs. I always say the older I get the more I understand how people fall off so easily.

Stay away from stress and negativity the best you can as they do have a negative effect on your physical and not just your mental (which also affects your physical)

Liquid vitamins such as Century System Mircale 2000 and Source Of Life are top rated but taste like shit. Your body will consume liquid vitamins better than gummies or pills though. I usually mix them with my vitamin water (Glaceu) in the morning or midday almond chocolate.

Running in the morning or afterwork or b4 the second shift daily should add years to your life, energy, and sex life.

Biking on weekends is great too for that cardio.

15 minutes of sunlight a day is required at least. Natural Vitmain D.

Get blood test done every half a year at least to check your hormones and any other condition you may have and didn't know about.

Having a great doctor you can personally trust is one of the many keys in life.

I'm gonna invest in that Bas Rutten Body Action system pretty soon. I need to replace my old heavy boxing bag, plus I like the storage option.

Which protein powder yall use/ recommend?

ON, throw creatine and bcaa's in it

And have A CLEAN diet Aka

No more or SCARCELY FAST FOOD

No more or SCARCELY SUGARY DRINKS AND SODAS ( EVEN YOUR ORANGE JUICE IS FULL OF SUGAR)

Veggies, Olive oil, ground meat, poultry, WATER, fruits, rice, Pasta, A LITTLE HEATHY dressings ( say goodbuy to all your SUGAR, transfat and salt laden sauces).

If you dont follow that plan your protein Investment is worthless.

I stoppped fucking with fast foods earlier this year. I was having heart aneurysms and for a guy in the skinny muscular side it was scary. I completely decided to stop fucking with Burger King and my females make something b4 I head to work or take the time myself to do it. I still might fuck up a Dominoes order once in a blue moon now.

For everything bad you do you eventually end up paying for it somehow.

what time ya'll eating around ya'll workouts?

i.e. do ya'll typically eat before, after, before and after? Whats the time duration as well? i.e. you eat an hr before working out.

Water, dark chocolate almonds, and tuna fish sammiches. Omega 3s are underrated cuz most people dont think of seafood as an essential part of their diet.

Gimmick. L-arginine is the best shit but even that can be found in watermelon. Eating right is my best suggestion. Read those little "Dummy" manuals, and one of them was called "Detoxicifying Your Life" or something. Imma go look for the ebook and post it here if I can find it or post an ebay link for purchase.

Unless your project is to compete imo you dont need them.

If you want to look like theses fitness models or bodybuilders here is what works :

Steroids

Clenbuterol

Winstrol

Hgh

Synthol

Insulin

Anti oestrogens

Anavar

Dianabol

Even cocain as a preworkout works very well

Mix that with clean eating and serious training and mont olympus is right near you.

The crap they sell to us in these fitness boutiques are just a way to steal our money.

20 minutes running/jump rope /kettlebell swing 》all these fat burners

Eating fruits and veggies 》 all these vitamins pills

Mental motivation and a good breakfast 》all these preworkouts

If you plan to be 100 % natural and not overspending in fitness / bodybuilding.

IMO.

The industry has erased the knowledge about food just to sell us things we have at hand.

Citrulline is more effective at increasing plasma arginine levels than supplemental arginine, but I'm going to keep it strictly about my workout and diet in this thread, it seems to be anti supplement

This morning ran to the most elevated point of my city called high rock tower, from my house you got to run up a hill I call killer hill and few more small ones to get there, then I run down a large flight of stairs that leads to that tower from the other side of those highlands and backup then home, shit my ankles were fried still from a strenuous calf workout I did on Thursday there was some walking in between
