Bruh the fitness industry is full of bullshit. Stop spending money on these imo. If your body is helathy and provided with healthy food and proper training you will get results.
I was a protien/creatine/preworkout/l carnitine/ combo guy. Since last year ive been only taking protein and i got the same to better results.
Imo the centerpiece of this fitness stuff is CLEAN EATING.

ON, throw creatine and bcaa's in it
And have A CLEAN diet Aka
No more or SCARCELY FAST FOOD
No more or SCARCELY SUGARY DRINKS AND SODAS ( EVEN YOUR ORANGE JUICE IS FULL OF SUGAR)
Veggies, Olive oil, ground meat, poultry, WATER, fruits, rice, Pasta, A LITTLE HEATHY dressings ( say goodbuy to all your SUGAR, transfat and salt laden sauces).
If you dont follow that plan your protein Investment is worthless.

I agree eating right is the most important but I disagree with everything else, although there is a lot of bullshit in the industry not everything is, its on you to do the proper research and get your supps from a reputable supplier, I don't know what your story is maybe you were looking for a bargain and were using cheap shit or weren't using them right but facts are facts creatine and bcaa's are a must if you want to "maximize" results building muscle, not to say you can't get results without them

I stoppped fucking with fast foods earlier this year. I was having heart aneurysms and for a guy in the skinny muscular side it was scary. I completely decided to stop fucking with Burger King and my females make something b4 I head to work or take the time myself to do it. I still might fuck up a Dominoes order once in a blue moon now.
For everything bad you do you eventually end up paying for it somehow.

Gimmick. L-arginine is the best shit but even that can be found in watermelon. Eating right is my best suggestion. Read those little "Dummy" manuals, and one of them was called "Detoxicifying Your Life" or something. Imma go look for the ebook and post it here if I can find it or post an ebay link for purchase.
