No doubt I get my fruits and veggies but i wasn't sure about those drinks that say no added sugar yet will have 60g of sugar, I figured that was just the fructose, anyways you want a good smoothie

6 kiwi

A container of black/blue/raspberries (all 3)

A couple large scoops of raw honey

A significant amount of chia seeds

Water

Shit is money

For supplements, all you need is:

Protein (ON WHEY has BCAA in it)

Creatine Monohydrate

Iso-Gro (don't take the recommended dosage but reduce it. If it says 4 in the day, just have 2, so it can last you a whole month)

That's it. If you buy pre-workouts, you are wasting your damn money. Just drink coffee, have a high carb or high fat meal or eat lots of dates. Pre-workouts are a rip off.

ISO-gro gets mixed reviews online, what exactly is it I don't know anything about it

From what ive used, muscles look fuller and recovery time is literally nothing. By the time you wake up, you are barely sore or not at all

Sleep is underrated for health. How many hours of sleep do ya'll get? Anyone prefer a particular bed or pillow brand?

Man... getting enough sleep is rough for me. I suffer from insomnia bad. I have dark circles around my eyes that never seem to go away. I'm up late every night and up early in the mornings. Idk, I probably average a few hours or so a night. I'd like to get 7-8 per night.

i got to figure something out I'm wired to be up at night but I have to wake up at 4 every morning, I'm going to try to change my pattern so I'm waking up at 2 every morning and can get my workout in before work because for one I'll have more energy I usually feel lazy as fuck after work and two all the supplements and water keeps me awake so I'll be pissing all that out through the course of the day instead of when I'm trying to sleep, but falling asleep at 5-6 in the afternoon is going to be rough

NO excuses now

As soon as i get back in town, im'a build my shit so i can do box jumps at home

Post the vid link please.

here you go fam...sorry for the delayed response...just got back to work after a 2 week hiatus

there are a couple other ones, but to me, this was the most simplistic one. Looks like its gon cost around $35 to make assuming you have all the tools, but the going rate for plywood is about $30 or so at my local home depot
