I tend to go in this cycle where I work out for a month and then when I see that my body is where I like it, I stop working out for 2 months...and then when I see that I am becoming less toned I work out for a month again.
Do you guys have any suggestions for me to keep it consistent?

Your motivation should be not fucking up your perceived gain.. make it routine like brushing your teeth in the morning if you gotta set a clock, if you have to come up with your own Mantra, just do it.. your motivation has to come from you.
Just do it.

Consistency is woven into your life. It's a lifestyle. You have to treat it as such. Make it part of your daily routine and you good.

And have A CLEAN diet Aka
No more or SCARCELY FAST FOOD
No more or SCARCELY SUGARY DRINKS AND SODAS ( EVEN YOUR ORANGE JUICE IS FULL OF SUGAR)
Veggies, Olive oil, ground meat, poultry, WATER, fruits, rice, Pasta, A LITTLE HEATHY dressings ( say goodbuy to all your SUGAR, transfat and salt laden sauces).
If you dont follow that plan your protein Investment is worthless.

Depending on the brand that sugar you see in orange juice is the same fructose you're going to intake by eating oranges isn't it?
