Anybody know good weight lifting exercises to correct posture (help u keep your shoulders back and chest out)?

YOGA. If you have a bad posture weightlifting can worsen it imo.

Fix that posture first with yoga and stretching exercise. lift light weights for the moment

reeves deadlift is good for posture correction.

This. Always been tall so use to be hunch over when I was a kid every since started deadlifting about 4 yrs back fixed my posture right up. Go heavy on them

I wouldnt suggest going heavy on them if you havent developed the proper tendon strength or stablizer muscles.

The look on niggas faces be priceless when they doing heavy deadlifts and I hop in for a quick set of Reeves. Then they try it and can't do it haha

Shit be killing them.

I remember when they were part of my warmup all the stares even the females mirin

Plus all the ' he might be on something'

'He probably on some steroids'

Whisperings and stares.

Just came from the gym. Reeves were on point. Kept the weight light and form A1

Are those Row machines better, worse or the same as doing bent over rows with a barbell?

Im already getting good with this ab wheel, upped my reps by 5 already

gonna be doing the standing ones in a couple weeks at this rate

I saw your post about having trouble with the ab roller wheel believe me I understand you're pain lol. You have to consistently work with that ab roller on a daily basis because when I first started the process it was a bitch. Now when I do them I just do a certain amount until I get tired, then rest, & start again. I try to do this for 15 mins a few days out of the week.

I need to lose about 10-15lbs because I bought a bunch of new summer clothes last year and can barely wear them (shorts). Junk food & sugar is the devil.

What's the best weighted lift u can do for your core/abs?

Bruh start with the basics firts imo. Take that abwheel, learn some shit Dragon flags and then put some weight on it. You body weight suffices to build your abs imo.

Every time one of my peoples ask me "where I workout at?" I be wanting to slap 50 shades of blackness from him because I told him 500 times "PLANET FITNESS".

It's crazy how Your body changes after 2 months of consistent workout flow. Now I stay airing pictures to girls of my workout pictures after workout. They be like "Wowwww, looking good" lol. Today, is my workout off day. @Mastery I know I'm about 3 weeks later but I'm finally about to Wal-Mart & cop that ab wheel for home workout. It seem like abs are the hardest to get but I'm determined by next month to see the full birth of them

The best in my opinion is the Deadlift.

Most other lifts requiring you to stand works the core good too, like Squats, Overhead Press, Suitcase Carries, etc

Don't forget your ab wheel though. Planks and side planks do wonders for your core as well.
