It's crazy how Your body changes after 2 months of consistent workout flow. Now I stay airing pictures to girls of my workout pictures after workout. They be like "Wowwww, looking good" lol. Today, is my workout off day. @Mastery I know I'm about 3 weeks later but I'm finally about to Wal-Mart & cop that ab wheel for home workout. It seem like abs are the hardest to get but I'm determined by next month to see the full birth of them

Yeah man, get on that shit. And make sure your form is A-1 with full extension.

Do u mix up ya training or do u strictly go to the gym? Switching up how u train and attacking different muscle groups can help.

Ive since changed the way I run, going away from long distance jogging to high intensity sprinting with stops at various workout "stations". By stations I just mean different spots along the path to do a variety of work outs such as push ups, sit ups, y squats, star jumps, lunges etc.

when i do decide to go to gym ill do a 3 mile run to the gym...workout(battlerops, high jumps etc) ...then run 3 mile back.

Sore today but I may run to gym or jus chill in the crib n do some ab work.
 
Also ive come across a great core work out with those 65cm rubber balls. Stabalize ya forearms on the ball so you're in an upward plank position and then with arms, spell out the alphabet A-Z.

May sound simple but I almost bet u cant go thru the whole alphabet in one shot.

I like dumbbell lifts with your feet.. Last on a bench, and hold a dumbbell with your get raising it as high as you can without dropping it lol
 
Bruh, it's been 13 years, and I'm still hardwired to work out like I'm at Drexel...

D1 sports is damn near like brain washing... 3a days, and weight training... You literally grow used to being in pain.... So that is a familiar feeling, but my body doesn't respond the same
